This section enlists the essential users of CSR portal, and enumerates their brief roles and responsibilities.

1.1 Users of CSR Portal

The Primary users of CSR Portal is as under:

  1. Companies / Implementing Agencies / Individuals
  2. Government Colleges
  1. Roles & Responsibilities

2.1 Role of Companies / Implementing Agencies / Individuals:

Registration: For accessing the CSR portal, Companies / Implementing Agencies / Individuals have to first register themselves on the portal. In Registration form, mandatory details of the Organization such as Organization name, Organization PAN Card copy, Registered Office address, Head of Organization details, etc. have to enter. After Successful submission of your request, a system generated mail sent to email id with a reference link.

Approval Process:

  • CSR Authority review your Organization details and approve registration request, after approval of the registration request, a system generated e-mail notification will be sent to the organization.
  • After verification of e-mail id and approval by officials of CSR Authority, organization can login into the CSR portal with Username and Password.

Rejection Process:

  • In case of rejection of request, organization can register again CSR Portal, and resubmit your request for registration.
  • After re-submission of your request officials of CSR Authority will take decision for approval or rejection.

Login Process:

  • If Request of organization gets approved, they can Login to the CSR Portal and can see the list of projects available to take up and can apply and show their interest.

2.2 Role of Government Colleges: Primary role of the Government Colleges is to upload the projects which they want to get implemented through CSR.

Addition of Project: For adding the new project following details have to be added by the college:

            Category, Sub Category, Project Description, Estimated Budget, Name of Contact Person, Financial Year, Project Start & End Date. After adding the project, it will be displayed in the Project Shelf at the Home Page of CSR Portal where everyone can see the details of the project and can show their interest.

Approval of Request: In this module, college can see the request received from any organization who have shown the interest in the project uploaded by the college. After reviewing the organization request, college can ‘Approve’ or ‘Reject’ the request.

If College approves the request, the project allocated to the concerned organization. A MOU shall be executed between both the parties i.e. College & Organization.

College can see the list of their all projects in three tabs i.e.

  1. Pending Projects: Projects which are not allocated to anyone,
  2. Allocated Projects: Projects which are allocated to any organization and are not completed yet,
  3. Completed Projects: Projects which are allocated and completed.
